About Me

I grew up in southern Oregon and lived in Hawaii for a number of years before returning to my hometown to pursue a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After earning my undergraduate degree, I went on to study theology and ethics at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California. I currently live in Chico with my wife, our daughter, and our wonderfully neurotic dog, Pearadox.

I have experience editing literary, academic, and business documents. My own writing, from personal essays to local news, has been published on a variety of platforms, and I hold a Poynter ACES Certificate in Editing.
